Cooling, dust prevention and related waste gas treatment process

The separated material is sent to the cooler by the closed screw conveyor for cooling. During this period, the exhaust gas of dryer, cooler and airtight conveyor is processed by spiral precipitator, and then treated by induced draft fan into condenser.

Screening and crushing, storage packaging storage process

After the material is cooled, it is sent to the screening and crushing unit by the screw conveyor. After the material is crushed, it enters the storage bin by the fan through the spiral dust removal port for bagging and packing.
