The livestock and poultry harmless treatment equipment developed and produced by our company is divided into dry chemical treatment method and wet chemical treatment method. The dry treatment method is for the harmless treatment center or slaughterhouse with large processing capacity. For small livestock and poultry farms, we also have livestock and poultry harmless treatment equipment, which is what we usually call humidification machine, which uses high temperature and high pressure saturated steam. Direct contact with livestock and poultry corpses, when the steam meets the carcass and condenses into water, release a lot of heat energy, can make the oil melt and protein solidification, at the same time, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, the pathogen will be completely killed. The process adopts the method of high temperature and high pressure, the central temperature of the treatment material is more than 170℃, the pressure is more than 0.7MPa(pressure), and the time is more than 4h. The material (livestock and poultry carcasses, slaughter waste, hatchery waste) is converted into meat and bone meal and oil. The VOCs gas generated in the treatment process is processed by multiple stages to achieve the standard emission.

Process:

1. the sick livestock and poultry into the wet basket, and then push the cart into the chemical machine.

2. The steam generated by the electric heating steam generator enters the chemical processing machine for high temperature and high pressure processing. According to the type and quantity of treatment, high temperature and high pressure sterilization treatment is carried out for 240-480 minutes (temperature is 160-190℃, pressure is 0.8-1.2Mpa) to sterilize the treated material.

3. oil and water separation: after reaching the humidification and sterilization effect, open the exhaust valve according to the process procedure to discharge the remaining gas into the deodorizer, after the exhaust valve is closed, the oil and water mixture is discharged into the oil and water separation equipment for physical separation and refining, oil can be used as industrial oil, water can enter the sewage treatment plant for treatment.

4. Material handling after treatment: open the pot door, pull out the frame of the bone meal after processing, and air dry the bone meal in a ventilated place, which can be used as raw materials of organic fertilizer.
