The equipment adopts hydrolysis method under high temperature and high pressure conditions, good process method, special equipment. Its prominent feature is that it destroys the spatial structure of feather keratin, thus transforming it from food industrial waste into a fine soluble protein feed that can be fully digested and absorbed by animals, thus realizing the transformation of waste into treasure.

Process flow:

The raw material takes feathers as an example. The wet chicken feathers from the slaughter line are loaded into the hydrolytic tank by conveyor. After hydrolyzing at normal temperature for 30min, the seal is sealed to make the temperature of the material layer reach 130℃, so as to kill Escherichia coli, break the molecular chain of keratin protein, and improve the digestibility of the product to 76%. Technical advantages:
