In the filtration process, due to the extrusion between the dusts, the dust will penetrate into the fiber interlayer of the filter bag, resulting in the increase of local inherent resistance of the filter bag. The uniformity of air permeability of the whole filter bag is changed, which will not only cause the increase of dust collector running resistance, but also change the filtration path of flue gas, increase the filtration load of the unblocked filter bag, and aggravate the deterioration of the dust collector's bag condition. Oil mist blockage is mainly caused by no protective measures or inadequate protective measures for the filter bag when the boiler is started or the oil is thrown to support combustion in low-load operation, which will lead to the increase of the inherent resistance of the filter bag, even if the strong cleaning is difficult to solve this problem; Dew-forming paste bag is mainly because the dust collector runs below the acid dew point, and the condensed acid adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. This phenomenon mainly occurs when the smoke temperature is too low or the boiler explodes a large area. Dew-forming paste bag will also lead to the increase of the inherent resistance of the filter bag, and may also lead to the corrosion of the filter bag by acid.

Choose a reasonable structure type of cleaning system, set a reasonable cleaning pressure, cleaning period and cleaning control mode, in order to ensure that the relatively thorough cleaning, to avoid the occurrence of dust clogging phenomenon, special attention is that excessive cleaning is not advisable, this is because excessive cleaning will affect the service life of the dust collector cloth bag and filtration performance; Before the dust collector is put into operation, the filter bag should be pre-coated with ash, and a dust layer should be formed on the surface of the filter bag in advance to prevent the coating of oil mist and acid by the dust layer, avoid the direct contact between oil mist and acid and the surface of the filter bag, and avoid the phenomenon of oil mist blockage, condensation and bag paste. When the boiler is in low-load operation and oil is needed to support combustion, the cleaning pressure and frequency should be reduced, so that there is a certain thickness of dust layer on the surface of the filter bag, to realize the protection of the filter bag; When the boiler has a large area of pipe explosion and the humidity monitor determines that the humidity is greater than 15%, the furnace should be shut down or the dust collector bypass should be opened.
